Victor Rolf Janhagen is a Stockholm-born, Earth-based writer and creative, working across design, branding, and innovation.

For over a decade, he’s collaborated with the world’s most ambitious organisations — helping them find their voice, develop bold new ideas, and tell extraordinary stories.

Previously, Victor worked with the design leaders at Idean (now Frog) to create fearlessly human brand and digital experiences.




Most recently, he’s helped bring a new privacy-focused AI to market; designed a game for overcoming unconscious bias; explored the future of education; and written some books on design strategy.

He’s also a big music nerd, having recorded dozens of records and performed at arenas like Wembley (and pubs like the one next door).
